VMW Taxand newsletters are being sent to existing and former VMW Taxand clients and other interested parties with whom VMW Taxand has come into contact.

Distribution lists have been compiled for the newsletters. The distribution lists record the users’ names, e-mail addresses and preferred languages. Access to this distribution lists are stricted to certain VMW Taxand employees. VMW Taxand uses an external IT environment with appropriate security measures in order to protect your personal data. The external marketing bureau that VMW Taxand uses to distribute the newsletters has also implemented appropriate security measures to protect your personal data.

Your data will not be disclosed to third parties (other than those mentioned above). Your data will not be retained longer than necessary for the provision of our services. In no circumstances will the data be retained after any notification from you that you do not, or no longer, wish to receive the newsletter.

If you do not, or no longer, wish to receive the newsletter, please notify us by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of any newsletter. The data will then be removed from the distribution list. You can also use this link to inspect and change your data.
