Publication Georg van Daal in the Journal of the Dutch Bar Association

The organisation of the courts in the Netherlands will be changed in the future, in case a proposal of law that has now been published for public consultation becomes law. This will have major consequences for the structure of the Dutch Bar. Georg van Daal wrote an article about this (in Dutch) in the first issue of 2011 of the Dutch Bar Journal.
