In the Dutch legal journal Jurisprudence Civil Procedure Law Georg van Daal annotated a ruling dating 23 February 2012 of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. In this ruling a number of judgments is given in relation to the garnishment of shares in a Dutch limited liability corporation (‘B.V.’).
