Tax Lawyer

During his Masters Degree in Tax Law at Utrecht University, Kuba developed a particular interest with respect to International Taxation. Hence, upon graduating from Utrecht University, he decided to study International Tax Law at the University of Florida. Kuba obtained his LL.M. in International Tax Law from the University of Florida in 2010 and joined VMW Taxand in the same year.

Kuba specializes in international tax planning. He advises both Dutch as well as international clients on a number of areas, including: cross-border tax planning, M&A, financing transactions, share/bond issues, private equity, and corporate restructuring.
