VMW Taxand has for many years been the Dutch tax and legal advisor of a state owned oil corporation with the largest crude oil reserves and production in the world. We assist them with the civil law, labour law, corporate income tax, wage tax and VAT tax considerations of their Dutch operations and their global holding/finance structure.

Advisor to international non-profit organizations
VMW Taxand acts as advisor to several large international non-profit organizations. We have for example advised Greenpeace in setting up its international structure and assisted them on several projects. Residents of the Netherlands have to declare their entire worldwide income in their income tax returns. Natural persons resident in the Netherlands who have undeclared assets abroad may make use of the voluntary disclosure scheme. VMW Taxand advises a number of wealthy individuals in this regard.
